The Platform is designed and optimized for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a chosen username and password.
You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for updating your Account details promptly if any information changes. kno98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kno98 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kno98 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact kno98 support immediately via live chat.
kno98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity has taken place; (c) the Account holder does not satisfy the eligibility requirements; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority.
All financial transactions on the kno98 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Players bear no currency exchange fees when using local Indonesian payment methods.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although kno98 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for large deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful bank confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. kno98 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Fast Withdrawals: kno98 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours during WIB business hours. Requests submitted outside of peak processing hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) may take up to 24 hours.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. kno98 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month to dormant Accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in at any time.
kno98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms communicated with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Each promotional offer may specify its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, time limits, and geographic restrictions. kno98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and met the qualifying deposit or action requirement, the bonus already credited will not be retroactively withdrawn solely due to a subsequent modification of the offer terms, unless fraud or abuse is detected.
All sports bets placed on the kno98 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. kno98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement period, or affected by circumstances outside kno98's reasonable control, including but not limited to the abandonment of a BRI Liga 1 fixture or the postponement of a Timnas Indonesia international match.
